Celebrating the Dog Days of Summer

Here’s something different! Just for fun in keeping with these lazy dog days of summer, I thought I’d offer something different … a somewhat visual collection of signs, slogans, and jokes I’ve collected that gave me a tickle. Now I hope they give you one too.

Dog Days of Summer Item 1

First up, you don’t have to be a fan of basketball or golf to enjoy this one, I promise! But if you want to see the definition of joy and don’t go to the dictionary, just watch this 41-second clip of Golden State Warriors basketball star Steph Curry hitting a hole-in-one at a recent golf tourney at Lake Tahoe. I’ve watched it multiple times just because!

Steph went on to win the tournament, but I bet this joyful moment is what he remembers forever.

This one is my favorite. If you recall, I am bug-phobic in the extreme!

Handsome Hubby who kindly answers my screams to kill bugs, thought this joke suited me to a T. Yet, he, promises NEVER EVER to try this “spider in your bra” line by way of pillow talk!
